Megan Nolan

Megan Nolan joins the Consolidated Planning Recruiting Team, bringing a strong background in relationship-driven talent acquisition and human resources. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Toledo before beginning her career in recruiting. She now lives in Richmond, Virginia, where she supports CP from the Glen Allen office.

Megan began her professional journey in staffing, where she managed high-volume recruiting across warehouse, clerical, banking, and healthcare roles. In this hands-on, client-facing environment, she gained experience in full-cycle recruiting, client management, onboarding, and payroll administration. After two years, Megan transitioned into a more specialized recruiting role, allowing her to take a strategic approach to searches and focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships—an approach that naturally aligned with CP’s mission and culture.

Megan’s path to CP included conversations with leaders across the firm, each reinforcing her excitement about the people-first, collaborative environment that ultimately made CP feel like home. As a recruiter, she is passionate about identifying candidates who are approachable, sincere, and coachable, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cheering on the Richmond Spiders, and collecting magnets from her adventures. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is committed to growing her career while helping CP continue to build exceptional teams.
